I design engaging interactive and scenario-based learning that solves business problems.
With years of experience in training and instructional design, I have mastered the skills of identifying when training is necessary and how to execute it to see positive learning outcomes. I have worked across many industries as a trainer and have collaborated with a diverse amount of subject matter experts as an instructional designer so you can count on me no matter what the subject.
I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of training youth soccer referees, restaurant staff, being a teacher, and finally designing e-learning. Along each step, I’ve been focused on developing talent. To do this I’ve used tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and more to design for training. Having worked on various projects that are already live, I can come into a team and give the best possible suggestions and ideas that we can use to solve problems with instruction.
